Dear Andrew Lansley

Can we all write to Andrew Lansley and encourage him to read the mountains of case studies which demonstrate that when excellent food is coupled with food education and improvements to dining areas, take up of school meals rises rapidly?  His comments at the British Medical Association conference are very disappointing and largely ignore the hard work of schools, catering staff and parents.  Read more here.

SFM has written to its local MP to urge Mr Lansley to come and have lunch at one of the many local schools enjoying delicious fresh healthy food, meaningful food education and, surprise surprise, high take-up.  If you're one of these schools, why not write to our new health minister yourself?
