An Assembly with Chris Collins

Blue Peter Gardener, Chris Collins, has long been a friend of SFM and today he very generously presented a photographic journey across Cameroon to children at Archdeacon Cambridge's Primary.  The children were treated to tales of Chris's great adventure restoring Cameroon's Limbe Botanic and Zoological Gardens to their former splendour, and we all got a real sense of what it is like to work the land without technology.  When a tree needs felling, it means 12 weeks manual labour with a machete!  Thank you Chris for this great insight into the ways of different communities across the world.
