ECM Network Meeting

I've just come back from attending an Every Child Matters meeting with Nicky Jackson from Trafalgar Infant.  Nicky got to show Richmond teachers her winning film about growing potatoes and we talked about how food education works so well with the ECM outcomes of Be healthy and Make a positive contribution.  It also gives Headteachers lots to talk about when filling in section 4 of their Ofsted SEF: Personal Development and Wellbeing.  Food for Life Partnership has made some great links between food education and school iniatives.  Have a look here.
