Want to start growing food at school?

The Federation of City Farms and Community Gardens (FCFCG) has teamed up with Blue Peter, ContinYou and Save the Children to offer small grants to groups wanting to give children the chance to grow food.  The Growing Gardens Grants Scheme is open to new projects and offers £250 to get you started; to buy tools or develop land where children can grow food.  Well done to FCFCG for making the application process so straight forward and user friendly. But be quick - applications close on Thursday 15 October.
